Does Jeremy Roenick Belong in the Hockey Hall of Fame?

Jeremy Roenick was a dominant offensive player who was one of the few true personalities in a league known for extremely boring players.

Or was he a dominant offensive player? Both of us remember him being dominant but the stats don’t really back it up.
